INSTRUCTIONS FOR VIEWING & DOWNLOADING THE REPORT & ANNEXES
A mouse click on the report/annex titles (below) will allow you to view the report and/or annexes.
Select 'Full View' - top left - for best display.
To download to your computer do the following:
1. Click download on the report/annex viewing page
2. If you have a FACEBOOK account select this option
3. If you have a SCRIBD account select this option
4. If neither of the above, create a SCRIBD account - it's free
Select 'pdf' when downloading, not 'txt'
